Q – What’s the difference between your program and other body transformation programs?

A – There are several differences. One of the largest holes I see with most body transformation programs is in the weight training…for several reasons.

Many of them quite simply have you over training. I’ve read one, in particular, that is set up on a three day split, separating your upper and lower body into two sections. One week you train your upper body twice and your lower once. The next week you reverse the order. So in twelve weeks your upper and lower body is trained a total of eighteen times each. Training large muscle groups, such as quadriceps, hamstrings, chest and back generally need more time to properly recover. Unless you have an above average ability to recover, your results will be compromised. The upper body training day, for example, requires you to do a total of twenty-five sets. Twenty-five set workouts, for most people, are too much. Again, your body has a limited ability to recover. When your work out is longer, you need more recovery time between training sessions.

Perhaps the largest hole in many of these programs is the fact that the programs do not change. Your body adapts to weight training. That’s why you build muscle and get stronger. In fact, it’s believed that the average person adapts to the same routine within six sessions. Using these numbers, most programs would provide diminishing results by the end of the fourth week.

The other thing I would like to mention is that almost every single body transformation program that I have seen is the front end product for a large supplement company. The idea is that if you want to compete in the transformation program you need their products. These programs were thrown together to sell supplements. Q – Can I really get great results by only training 54 hours in three months?

A – That depends. It depends on whether you believe you can or not. If you believe that can achieve dramatic results, you probably will. If you think you will fail, you’ll probably fail. As a side note, many people will be able to complete this program in less than 54 hours. When I calculated this time I allowed a little leeway for some people.

Q – How long does it take to get the Training System after I purchase it?

A – Almost immediately! Once your transaction has bee approved, you’ll be forwarded to a secure download site. It’s here that you simply click on the links and download the products that you purchased right to your computer. Once they’ve been downloaded you can view them on your computer or print them out. I recommend printing the Training Guide, and Nutrition Guide once you’ve downloaded them. (These are workbooks)

Q – How do I view the books once I’ve downloaded them?

– The files are downloaded in a ZIP format. You should just be able to double click on the file name when the download is complete and your computer will run an UNZIP program. If you cannot open the file you can download a Free copy of Win Zip at http://www.winzip.com/ddchomea.htm.

The books are put into the very popular PDF format. This means that you can view them using Adobe Acrobat. Most computers already have this program built in, but if you don’t, you can get your free copy at: Download Free Acrobat Reader. Adobe Acrobat is the easiest program to view material like this.

Q – I’ve seen bigger guys than you?

A – Me too. It’s never been my goal to become a 265-pound monster. The pictures you see on the front page are of me. Those are the results of following the plan that I am presenting you with. This is the result of only 54 hours of training over the course of three months. Naturally, my body is a work in progress and I encourage you to continue with your progress after the initial 90 days.

Q – Do you really give a guarantee?

A – Yes, I do. Let me explain. I’m not going to make any “pie in the sky” claims, like “slash 40 pounds of fat and gain 20 pounds of muscle by summer!” Your results may vary from mine. They might be much better than mine, or they might be less than mine. What is certain however, is that your results are going to be a direct reflection of your effort. If you put in 50% effort, expect 50% results. My guarantee is not a “results guarantee”. It’s a no quibble, no question guarantee. That means you don’t really need a reason to get your money back. Q – Can’t I get this information from other books?

A – Yes, you could. You could go out and buy a few thirty-dollar books on nutrition. A few thirty-dollar books on weight training. A few thirty-dollar books on fat loss. You could purchase several different supplements that may or may not work for your goals. You could talk to friends, trainers, etc. to get advice. Then you could sit down and try and take that mass of information and piece it together for your specific goal of losing fat and gaining hard muscle. This may take months, even years before you’ve done all of your research. Not to mention all of the money you’d need to spend.
